Be It Resolved That the Committee approves the Agenda dated March 23, 2026, as circulated.

Be It Resolved That the Committee adopts the Minutes of a Meeting held on November 24, 2025, as circulated.

Be It Resolved That Planning Application File #A01/26, a Request for Permission to expand a Legal Non-Complying Structure, shall be approved subject to the conditions noted in the Planning Report; And That the Secretary shall forward a copy of the Notice of Decision to the Applicant and each person or public body that made a written request to be notified, and any other person or public body prescribed by April 2, 2026.

Be It Resolved That Planning Application File #A03/26, a Request for Permission to expand a Legal Non-Complying Structure, shall be approved subject to the conditions noted in the Planning Report including:  confirmation of the setback of the existing septic system to the rear lot line;  a demarcation of the septic system in relation to the parking area and dwelling And That the Secretary shall forward a copy of the Notice of Decision to the Applicant and each person or public body that made a written request to be notified, and any other person or public body prescribed by April 2, 2026.

Be It Resolved That the meeting adjourns at 4:03 p.m. until April 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. or at the call of the Chair.
